If you are a permanent resident - who) work rather than to a green card or naturalization (only with the authorization, the passport will be issued by the United States. You can visit your local post office for an application. This usually takes about six weeks to get if you pay more and faster work.
ReplyDeleteYou should go to the embassy and we will learn how to do in their country, which is expected to have a green card for the trip to return, but if you're one of the best you can do is to contact the Embassy

ReplyDeleteTry to help, not from its current state representative or senator, they can get access via e-mail online.

ReplyDeletehey, I know nothing about this ..... but I'm Russian!
ReplyDeleteand I think you can go anywhere without a passport, there is no documentation or anything that can be learned. You should wait until the passport to leave the country. The aim is not it? I know some people in a similar situation.
You should check with the Embassy of the Russian Federation or the United Nations

ReplyDeleteNo United States United States Embassy. Believe it or not, is not required that foreigners without us. The United States Embassy in Russia might return to the U.S., while in Russia, but it is already in the United States, I think you need to share with the USCIS, part of the much Department of Homeland Security. Embassies are run by the Department of State. big difference.
ReplyDeleteI was once on an airplane next to a gentleman who asked me to help fill that some of the U.S. customs / immigration forms. He was on the field currious passport number, and he said he did not. She called the flight attendant, gave him the same questions / explination but he showed his green card. not all that surprised, but I was not sure the answer for him. Then I saw the guy on the baggage carousel, and he got through passport control without much delay.
Thus, it seems, can travel without a passport. I think he was visiting family in Vietnam. But I could not begin to tell him what he does or where the identification. But I think it came from the USCIS.
And I understand that you are a citizen to legal residency status in order to issue a U.S. passport to have. But I was wrong in this regard.

ReplyDeleteI had a similar problem, but the Embassy of the United Kingdom issued dox for my trip back to England. Russia should return to, but it could be a way (When I returned to the UK to renew my passport immediately, because he had problems in the United Kingdom)
Dealing with immigration, a lawyer in California, I have one, that offers all sorts of free advice. There are several communities in Russia, we should be able to with the Internet communicating (let me know if you want to contact someone anomonously)
